Dzięki dziewczyny za podpowiedzi, na urodziny musiałam zrobić inny tort- był pychotka, ale bez masy cukrowej
Co do mojej masy, wydaje mi sie,że żelatyna się nie zagotowała, ale może doprowadziłam ją do zbyt wysokiej temperatury. Robiłam ją pierwszy raz - jeszcze ze 3 kilo żelatyny i 10 kilo cukru zużyje i pewnie w końcu wyjdzie

Ratunku!!!!
Próbowałam zrobić masę wg przepisu i chyba coś spaprałam, bo wyszła mi trzęsąca się galareta wyglądem przypominająca mózg chciałam zrobić piękny tort dla córki na 18-te urodziny i klapa. Co zrobiłam źle ?? Robiłam masę dokładnie tak jak jest napisane.
