Tak, ja rozpuszczam żelatynę w 1/2 l wody, a następnie po ostygnięciu powoli dodaję do śmietanki, miksując na wolnych obrotach. Wszystko ładnie tężeje, więc nie ma się czego obawiać :) Cieszę się, że ciasteczko smakowało :) Pozdrawiam

Bardzo się cieszę, że smakowało. To szybkie, proste i smaczne danie. Kiedyś również wypróbuję z ryżem :)

Ja naczynia nie przykrywam. Trzeba pilnować żeby w kaszy był bulion inaczej może wyschnąć. A jeżeli chodzi o długość pieczenia to myślę, że wszystko zależy od piekarnika. Ale cieszę się, że smakowało :)
