Robię 3 raz w ciągu tygodnia :)

1 podejście żeberka rewelka

2) szynka -ze względu ma marudne dzieci pycha

3) łopatka- w trakcie

Jak dla mnie żeberka na 6-tkę. Szynka dzieciom bardziej smakowała :) wiadomo sucha.

Już chyba wiem on później robi się twardy :) ale spód jest już genialny.

Siemanko mam pytanie czy placek ma być hm z góry twardy . Pamiętam, że jak byłem mały to placki były prawie jak kruche a ten po 10 minutach jest jak biszkopt :) piekłem ponad 20 .
