Alkoholik Ifasi

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka maku
15 dag wiórek kokosowych
6 białek
1 łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej
aromat migdałowy
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
z 1 szklankę mleka, do sparzenia maku.
Krem:
2 budynie śmietankowe lub waniliowe
1/2 litra mleka
1 kostka masła lub dobrej margaryny (ja używam KASIE)
3 łyżki cukru
6 żółtek
1/4 litra wódki
4-5 paczek herbatników

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie Ciasta:
Mak sparzyć gorącym mlekiem i odsączyć.
Ubić pianę z białek, dodać cukier, make ziemniaczana,
mak, wiórki kokosowe i proszek do pieczenia.
Piec około 20-30 minut w temperaturze 220 lub mniejszej to zależy od pieca!
Wykonanie Kremu:

Budyń ugotować i dodać żółtka, ostudzić.
Masło utrzeć z cukrem i dodać ostudzony budyń.
Na upieczone ciasto położyć krem.
Każdy z herbatników umoczyć w wódce i położyć na krem.
Układać ciastka ciasno, jeden obok drugiego.
Po upływie pół godziny, nakładamy polewę czekoladowa.
Można posypać wiórkami kokosowymi lub orzechami.

Witaj nie wiem jak czytałaś, moze przeoczyłaś ale pisze wyraźnie 1/2 LITRA MLEKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tak czytałam dokładnie.Chodzi mi o ciasto,bo piszesz żeby mak sparzyć gorącym mlekiem,ale nie piszesz ile tego mleka.

Przepraszam Kochana, nie pomyślałam, wprawdzie ja tam napisałam mleko ale zmazałam niepotrzebnie!! ale ja zakręcona!! po prostu mleka daję tak na oko zalewam wrzącym mlekiem i dlatego nie pisałam ile, wiesz co myślę że też z 1 szklanką, i jesze raz Cię bardzo przepraszam!! pozdrawiam gienia!!
