Angielski crumble

Ingredients:

*20 dag masła
*20 dag cukru
*1 torebka cukru waniliowego
*1 jajo
*skórka otarta Z 1 cytryny
*40 dag mąki (najlepiej krupczatki)
*1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
*puszka brzoskiwń
*1 słoik konfitury z brzoskwiń

Prepare instructions:

1.Miękkie masło utrzeć z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na kremową masę. Nie przerywając ucierania dodać jajko, skórkę z cytryny i stopniowo połowę mąki wymieszanej z proszkiem do pieczenia.

2.Do masy wsypać resztę mąki i zagnieść kruszonkę. Płaską, okrągłą formę wysmarować obficie masłem, na dnie rozłożyć 2/3 ciasta i docisnąć. Piec w temperaturze 180 stopni przez okolo 15 minut - ciasto musi nabrać złocistej barwy.]

3.Konfiturę należy lekko podgrzać, a następnie wymieszać z brzoskwiniami pokrojonymi w kostkę i rozłożyć na podpieczonym spodzie.

4.Owoce posypać pozostałą kruszonką. Całość wstawić ponownie do piekarnika i piec jeszcze przez 20-25 minut.

Przepis na to ciasto znalazłam w gazecie.
Brzoskwinie można też zastąpić innymi owocami (pyszne jest z zasmażanymi jabłkami)
