Awaryjne skrzydełka

Ingredients:

skrzydełka - ilość zależy od osób i apetytu
sól
pieprz
papryka ostra - odrobina
papryka słodka
majeranek
przyprawa do grilla
vegeta
inne ulubione przyprawy
olej (wg mnie tylko Kujawski) do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Nazwałam je "awaryjne" ponieważ sprawdzają się w momencie gdy zawiedzie pogoda na grilla lub zabraknie prądu do grilla domowego:)

Skrzydełka przygotowujemy tradycyjnie. Myjemy, odcinamy końcowki i pozbywamy się resztek piórek. Osuszamy. Przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem , majerankiem, vegetą, przyprawą do grilla i papryką. Można dodać ulubione inne przyprawy. Polecam doprawić naprawdę sporo bo na patelni niestety tracą część aromatu. Rozgrzewamy na patelni olej. Na gorący układamy nasze skrzydełka, smażymy dośc długo podlewając od czasu do czasu wodą. Trwa to jakiś czas. Często obracamy. Kiedy są pięknie zarumienione i mają chrupiącą skórkę- oznacza, że są gotowe.

Witam! Skorzystałam z Twojego przepisu i bardzo nam smakował,naprawde jest rewelacyjny.Masz racje że użyłaś oleju ,,Kujawskiego'',bo to jest jeden z najlepszych olei do smażenia-nie pryska.Ja zresztą do wszystkiego używam tego oleju.Fakt,faktem jest drogi,ale warto.Wielkie dzięki za tak wyśmienity przepis.
