Babeczki:
3 serki philadelphia
2 jajka
herbatniki lub biszkopty
cukier
smietana
vanilia lub cukier vaniliowy
budyn vaniliowy lub maka ziemniaczana
sok z cytryny
jagody mrozone 450 - 500 g (moga byc tez inne owoce)

Prepare instructions:

2 jajka i pol szklanki cukru zmiksowac robotem, dodac pol lyzeczki vanili (lub cukru vaniliowego) i troche soku z cytryny (dla zapachu).Dodac do tego serki philadelphia i troche smietany. Wymieszac, a na koniec dodac polowe zawartosci budyniu (lub maki ziemiaczanej). Dobrze rozmieszac. Do foremek wlozyc pergamin w ksztalcie foremek.

Na dnie ulozyc pokruszone herbatniki lub biszkopty i dodac mase serowa do pelna.



Piec 40 -45 minut w temperaturze 175 stopni, az babeczki beda troche zarumienione na wierzchu.

Polewa:
Nalac do garnka niecale pol szklanki wody, 2 lyzeczki cukru i jagody. Gotowac przez 30 - 35minut. Ostudzic.

Polac babeczki z wierzchu.

Co oznacza 0/3 szklanki wody? Chyba pojawił się tu błąd bo ten ułamek daje nam zero. Pozdrawiam
