Babka babuni

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mąki
2 szklanki mleka
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
4 łyżki kakao
1,5 szklanki cukru(najlepiej cukru pudru)
4 jajka
szczypta soli
1 aromat śmietankowy (może być waniliowy)
20 gram masła

Prepare instructions:

Odzielić żółtka od białek. Przesiać mąkę z cukrem. Dodać proszek do pieczenia. Mieszając stopniowo dodawać mleka, a następnie wcześniej roztopione masło. Gdy ciasto będzie już miało odpowiednią konsystencję dodać żółtka. Wymieszać i dodać kakao oraz aromat.
Ubić białka na sztywną pianę ze szczyptą soli (dodawać je powoli, aby nie straciło pęcherzyków powietrza).

Piec około 40 minut w temperaturze 180C-200C (nie wkładać do nagrzanego piekarnika, ponieważ będzie zakalec.....niech będzie tylko trochę rozgrzany).

Wyśmienita!! Taka prosta i taka pyszniutka :-) Wszyscy, którzy lubią smaczną i szybką kuchnię nie pożałują!! Mufole są za babką babuni :-)
