Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3/4 szklanki mąki pszennej
1/2 szklanki mąki zimniaczanej
1/2 szklanki cukru
1 cukier waniliowy
5 jajek
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
4 łyżki kakao

Masa 1:

2 budynie śmietankowe
1/2 l mleka
1 kostka masła
6 dag rodzynek(można je wcześniej namoczyć w rumie lub spirytusie)

Masa 2:

1/2 l mleka
2 "Śnieżki" (bita śmietana w proszku)
5 łyżek żelantyny
4 łyżeczeki kawy rozpuszczalnej(można dodać więcej lub mniej kawy)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Białka oddzielić od żółtek,ubić na sztywną pianę,dosypując cukier i cukier waniliowy.Wymieszać z żółtkami,dwoma rodzajami mąki,proszkiem do pieczenia i kakao.
Ciasto rozsmarować na blasze.
Piec ok. 40 min. w temperaturze 180.
Ostudzić.

Masa 1:
Zagotować mleko,przyrządzić na nim budynie.
Ostudzić.
Ubijać,dodając po łyżce miekkiego masła.
Wymieszać z rodzynkami.
Krem rozsmarować na cieście.

Masa 2:
Śnieżki ubić z mlekiem.
Wymieszać z zaparzoną i ostudzoną kawą na koniec dodać żelantynę rozpuszczoną w małej ilości wody.
Rozsmarować na masie budyniowej.
Dowolnie ozdobić

Czy do masy ze Śnieżką mam dać aż 5łyżek żelatyny? Jak ją rozpuszczasz w tak niewielkiej ilości wody i niewiele, to ile dokładnie twoim zdaniem. Bo nie wiem,czy w 1 łyżce da się ją rozpuścić...
