Biszkopt podstawa do ciast

Ingredients:

-4 jajka
-4 łyżki cukru
-4 łyżki mąki (przesiania)
-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
-szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Jajka i cukier i szczypte soli, mieszamy mixerem az do otrzymania w miare puszytstej masy(jeżeli chcemy żeby boszkopt byl kakaowy wystarczy na tym etapie dodac kakao według uznania). Dodawac po jednej łyżce przesianej mąki powoli mieszacjąc na wolnych obrotach lub ręcznie, między mąka dodac proszek do pieczenia. Po otrzymaniu masy bez grudek a z delikatnymi babelkami:)(oznacza prawidlową puszystość) wylać do blchy wysmarowanej tluszczem i wylożoną pergaminem, piec w ok 180C z termo-obiegiem przez 30 min, lub do zarumieniema wg uznania :)

Biskzopt ten jest świetnia podstawa do kazdego rodzaju ciasta. galaretka, krem, budyń..itp :) a i rolada :)

bardzo podobny do mojego z ta tylko różnicą ,że ja nie dodaje proszku i daję połowę cukru

Od kiedy do biszkoptu dodaje się proszek do pieczenia??:), z tego co wiem to wogóle, ale chyba że dla pewności żeby się zakalec nie zrobił:)
