Ciasteczka z kleikiem ryżowym bardzo łatwe

Ingredients:

kostka margaryny torebka kleiku ryżowego łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia cukier waniliowy 4 łyżeczki wiórków kokosowych

4 jajka

dżem albo drobne owoce

szklanka cukru

Prepare instructions:

wszystkie składniki (oprócz dżemu :)) posiekać- tak, jak kruche ciasto. Nie wkłądać do lodówki tylko od razu formować kulki wielkości klusek śląskich, zrobić w nich dziurki i napełnić dżemem lub owocami. Dziurki można robić juz na blaszce, którą potem należy włożyć do dobrze nagrzanego piekarnika. Ciastka pieką się ok.15-20 min. - na kolor jasnozłoty. Po upieczeniu są miękkie i trzeba uważać przy ściąganiu ich z blachy. Po wystydnięciu stwardnieją. Pycha! Polecam początkującym. Tego nie da się zepsuć:)

zgadza sie sa bardzo latwe. niestety nie sa smaczne a to chyba wazniejsze

Robilam takie ciastka ale juz dawno temu, z tym , ze nie robilam kulek tylko spłaszczone, takie autentyczne ciasteczka, a na środek kazdego kładłam odrobinę dżemu. Moje dzieci sie nimi zajadały, mnie też smakowały. To rzecz gustu i smaku, jednym smakuje coś, innym nie.
