Ciasteczka z pysznym nadzieniem

Ingredients:

CIASTO:

375g mąki
250g margaryny
125g cukru pudru
   1   łyżka kakao
   2   żółtka
         szczypta soli

MASA:

100g margaryny
¹/₄szkl. mleka 3,2%
¹/₂szkl. cukru
     1   cukier waniliowy
     1   szkl. mleka w proszku

KARMEL:

1 puszka mleka skondensowanego słodzonego gotowanego około 3 godziny

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:

Ze składników zagnieść gładkie ciasto i dać je na 2-3 godziny do lodówki. Następnie rozwałkować i wycinać ciastka. Ciastka będziemy potem składać więc każde ciastko musi mieć swoją parę. Gotowe ciastka pieczemy w temp. 200^oprzez około 15-20 minut. Zimne ciastka smarujemy od wewnętrznej strony lekko przestudzonym karmelem i zostawiamy, by nam stężał ( smarujemy każde ciastko ).

MASA:

Mleko 3,2% zagotowujemy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym i studzimy. Miękką margarynę ucieramy na puszystą masę i stałe ucierając stopniowo dodajemy ostudzone mleko z cukrem i mleko w proszku. Gotową masę dajemy na jedno ciastko i przykrywamy drugim.

Tak wykonane ciastka dajemy do lodówki by masa stężała. Potem można wcinać.

Mam pytanie odnośnie tych ciastek? Czy dobrze rozumiem:upieczone ciastka smarujemy karmelem, a gdy stężeje przekładamy masą?

Witaj abulinka. Tak. Dobrze zrozumiałaś. Najpierw każde ciastko smarujemy karmelem i odstawiamy do zastygnięcia. Dopiero potem na jedno z ciastek (na karmel) dajemy trochę masy i przykładamy drugim ciastkiem. Pozdrawiam
