Ciasto CZEKOŚLIWKA (dla wielbicieli czekodżemu :)

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

450 g mąki (u mnie pszenna na pół z pełnoziarnistą orkiszową)

250 g masła lub margaryny

1 czubata łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

180 g cukru

3 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany

2 żółtka

Masa śliwkowa:

1,2 kg śliwek (ok. 1 kg śliwek po wypestkowaniu)

220 g cukru

2 duże cukry waniliowe (2 x 32 g)

1 budyń czekoladowy

1 tabliczka czekolady (deserowej/gorzkiej 100 g)

1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

1. Składniki na ciasto zagnieść. 1/3 schować do zamrażarki, resztę wyłożyć na blaszkę.

2. Śliwki rozgotować, dodać cukry i czekoladę, całość zmiksować i przestudzić.

3. Do przestudzonej masy dodać proszek budyniowy oraz mąkę ziemniaczaną. Całość zagotować, przestudzić.

4. Masę wyłożyć na ciasto.

5. Na górę zetrzeć zmrożone ciasto (ja pokroiłam w cienkie plastry ostrym nożem i poukładałam na wierzchu)

6. Piec ok. 45-50 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

Masa rewelacyjna - do mojej dodałam słoiczek powideł i 2 budynie. Upiekłam na cieście krucho-drożdżowym (od Krystyny) i przykryłam pianą. Następne upiekę przepisowo. Dziękuję i polecam :))
