Ingredients:

1. Gotowe ciasto francuskie.

2. Jedno opakowianie budyniu śmietankowego (na 500ml mleka).

3. Paczka migdałów (ok. 250 gram)

3. Brzoskwinie w puszce.

4. Świerze brzoskwinie lub nektaryny (ok 2-3 sztuki).

5. 600 ml mleka.

6. Cukier puder.

Prepare instructions:

1. Budyń przyżądzamy zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu, tyle że zamias na 500ml my robimy go na 600ml gdyż musi być bardziej lejący. Jak ktoś lubi bardzo słodkie to można delikatnie dosłodzić.

2. Gotowy budyń studzimy, wsypujemy 3/4 przygotowanych migdałów.

3. Ciasto francuskie rozwijamy na blachę.

4. Budyń równomiernie rozprowadzamy na cieście, zostawiając wolny brzeg ok 1,5 centymetra.

5. Na budyń gęsto układamy pokrojone w ćwiartki brzoskwinie (jeśli nie macie świeżych to wystarczą tylko te z puszki).

6. Zwijamy wolny brzeg tak aby w trakcie pieczenia budyń nie wypłynął.

7. Nastawiamy i nagrzewamy piekarnik do 200*C.

8. Na wierzch wysypujemy resztę migdałów i posupujemy cukrem pudrem.

9. Wkładamy ciasto do piekarnika na 20 minut (ja tyle pikę w elektrycznym na termoobiegu).

CIASTO NAJLEPIEJ PODAWAĆ NA CIEPŁO Z LODAMI I Z BITĄ ŚMIETANĄ.

Jednak u mnie w domu zostaje zjedzone i bez tego w ciągu kilu godzin.
