ciasto jabłkowo-kokosowe

Ingredients:

1 kostka margaryny
4 łyzki kakao
2 szkl. + 3 łyżki cukru
5 żółtek
2 szkl.mąki
3/4 szkl. kwaśnego mleka
1 łyżeczka sody
1 kg jabłek
3 łyżki wody
5 białek
20 dkg wiórków kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka obrać pokroić w ćwiartki, włożyć do garnka, wlać wodę dodać 3 łyżki cukru.Dusić na małym ogniu aż owoce się rozgotują. Ostudzić.

Margarynę, 1 szklankę cukru i żółtka utrzeć na puszystą masę.Mąkę przesiać z kakao i sodą. Cały czas ucierając, dodawać do margaryny mąkę zdodatkami oraz kwaśne mleko.
Ciasto wlać na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia . na ciasto wyłożyć wcześniej przygotowane jabłka.
Na jabłka wyłożyć pianę ubitą z 5 białek + 1 szkl. cukru + wiórki kokosowe.

Piec 40min. w temp 190^oC.
Po upieczniu wierzch można polać polewą czekoladową i udekorować wiórkami.
Ciasto jest pyszne - polecam. Smacznego.

Bardzo dobre ciasto,piekłam już dawno z takiej gazetki ,,Babeczka,,ale gdzies zapodziałam przepis .Teraz odnalazłam .Dzieki zaraz zabieram sie za ciasto.
