Ciasto mandarynkowe - Po mojemu

Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
4 jaja
szkl. cukru
szkl. mąki tortowej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Następnie:
3 puszki mandarynek

Masa budyniowa:
1,25 szkl soku pomarańczowego
2 budynie waniliowe (po 40 g)

Masa ptasiowa:
2 białka jajek, szczypta soli
galaretka cytrynowa
czubata łyżka cukru Pudru

Poncz do nasączania:
woda+sok z cytryny+cukier

kilka herbatników z czekoladą

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt upiec w prostokątnej formie, wystudzić,zdjąć wierzchnią "skórkę". Biszkopt obficie nasączyć ponczem. Na nasączonym biszkopcie ułożyć odsączone mandarynki.
Z soku z mandarynek i soku pomarańczowego ugotować budyń. Gorący budyń wyłożyć na ciasto z mandarynkami.
Galaretkę cytrynową rozpuścić w szkl. wody. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać łyżkę cukru pudru i ciągle ubijając dodawać powolutku chłodną (ale nie stężałą) galaretkę. Szybko wyłożyć masę ptasiową na zimny budyń. Równie szybko posypać ciasto startymi na tarce herbatnikami. Do lodówki.
