Ciasto z galaretką

Ingredients:

Kruche ciasto: 2 szklanki mąki 2 żółtka 1 cale jajko 0.5 kostki (125g) masla lub margaryny 0.5 szklanki cukru (najlepiej cukru pudru ) 4 -5 lyzek kwasnej smietany lub jogurtu naturalnego cukier waniliowy do smaku 2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia Pianka: 0.5 l smietany kremowki (ok. 30 %) 2 galaretki owocowe (jedna w mniejszej ilosci wody) 2 lyzeczki cukru i troche waniliowego do smaku owoce

Prepare instructions:

Kruche ciasto: Z podanych składnikow zagnieść ciasto i wyłożyć na posmarowaną tłuszczem blachę. Piec 20-30 min. Pianka: Ubic śmietane kremówkę ( prawie gesta ) dodać tęgnacą galaretkę (tą w mniejszej ilości wody), cukier i jeszcze troche miksować. Gotową gęstą piankę wyłożyć równomiernie na kruche ostudzone ciasto.Włozyć do lodówki na okolo 30-40 minut. Kiedy pianka stwardnieje,wyłożyć owoce i zalewać powolutku zimną prawie tęgnącą galaretką. Trzymać w lodówce do czasu stwardnienia galaretki. Uwaga: Najlepsze ciasto wychodzi z truskawkami i galaretka truskawkową! Ciasto nie jest bardzo slodkie tak więc nie jest syte. Idealne na gorące dni! Polecam :-)

co robić żeby galaretka nie wsiakała w ciasto ?

Na ciasto wykladasz juz tezejaca galaretke, wtedy nie wsiaknie. Zreszta w tym ciescie nie powinno byc problemu, bo galaretke wylewasz na pianke :-) a nie na ciasto.
