Ciasto z rabarbarem i truskawkami proste i smaczne

Ingredients:

ciasto:
- 25 dag mąki + 3 łyżki
- 1 jajko
- 1/2 kostki masła
- 10 dag cukru
- 3 łyżki kakao
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do poeczenia

krem:
- 20 dag cukru
- 2 jajka
- 3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
- 500 ml śmietany 36%
- 500 g sera 3-krotnie mielonego

poza tym:
- po 1/2 kg rabarbaru i truskawek
- 5 dag cukru
- 1 galaretka truskawkowa

Prepare instructions:

1. Składniki ciasta wymieszać i wylepić nim dno blaszki. Podpiec 10 minut w 180 stopniach po czym posypać 3 łyżkami mąki.
2. Rabarbar umyć, obrać i pokroić na ok. 1,5 cm kawałki.
3. Na cieście ułożyć rabarbar, posypac 5 dag cukru.
4. Krem: Cukier utrzeć z żółtkami, dodać ser. Odzielnie na sztywnoubić białka i kremówkę. Następnie dodać do masy, delikatnie, dokładnie wymieszać i wyłożyć na ciasto.

5. Piec 30-40 minut w 180 stopniach. Ostudzić.
6. Galaretkę przygotować z 400 ml wody, poczekać żeby zaczęła zastygać.
7. Na upieczonym cieście układać połówki truskawek, zalać tężejącą galaretką. Wstawić do lodówki.

A mąkę ziemniaczaną dodać do masy serowej czy przy ubijaniu białek?

ciasto smaczne, Jolu ja dodałam do białek. Dałam także 2 galaretki a nie jedną,ale wszystko wyszło pięknie. Oto dowód pozdrawiam nutella
