Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

6 jaj
2 łyżki maki zwyklej
1 szkl kartoflanki
1 szkl cukru
2 łyżki kakao
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa:

2 łyżki kakao
1 szkl cukru pudru
1 margaryna
3 zółtka
2 galaretki brzoskwiniowe
2 śnieżki na wodę

Dodatkowo:

polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Ubić białka na sztywno, dodawać stopniowo cukier, następnie dodać zółtka i dalej ubijać. Na koniec dodać mąkę wymieszaną z kakaem i proszkiem do pieczenia. Piec w temperaturze 170 stopni przez 25- 30 minut.

Masa:
Galaretki rozpuącić w 1,5 szkl wody.
Śnieżki ubić jak na opakowaniu.
Utrzeć margarynę z cukrem i zółtkami, dodać kakao a następnie po łyżce gęstniejącej galaretki i śnieżki. Dobrze wszystko utrzeć.

Przełożenie:
Biszkopt przekroić na pół, można nasączyć, przełożyć połową masy, przykryć drugą połową biszkoptu i wyłożyć resztę masy. Wierzch polać polewą.

Sniezka na wode czyli śniezka light każdej firmy: cykoria, gellwe i inne. Na pewno w każdym supermarkecie sa dostępne
