3 szkl.mąki
3/4 szkl cukru
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
4 żółtka
kostka margaryny
MASA SEROWA
0,5 kg sera białego
4 jajka
15 dkg cukru
budyń waniliowy
4 łyżki mleka
MASA JABŁKOWA
70 dkg jabłek
2 łyżki masła
3/4 szkl cukru

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO
Z podanych składników szybko zagnieść ciasto,schłodzić w lodówce.Następnie ciasto podzielić na dwie części ,upiec dwa placki.
MASA SEROWA
Zmielony ser utrzeć z jajkami i cukrem na jednolitą masę.
Ustawiamy naczynie z masą serową na małym ogniu i doprowadzamy do wrzenia.Budyń mieszamy z mlekiem i wlewamy dogotującej się masy serowej wszystko dokładnie mieszamy i gotujemy do chwili aż masa zgęstnieje.
MASA JABŁKOWA
Obrane jabłka zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach odcisnąć sok

do jabłek dodać cukier masło i 3 łyżki wody wszystko razem smażymy na małym ogniu cały czs mieszając tak długo aż masa stanie się szklista.
Na ciasto wykładamy masę jabłkową przykrywamy drugim ciastem które smarujemy masą serową.Wierzch ciasta możemy polukrować polać polewą czekoladową lub zalać galaretką o dowolnym smaku.
Ciasto najlepiej smakuje jeśli je przygotujemy dzień lub dwa przed podaniem.

Wygląda smakowicie, wypróbuję przepis.

Ciasto niesamowicie udane, smaczne i szybkie w robocie. Jedna uwaga następnym razem zrobię 3 placki z tej porcji składników, spokojnie wystarczy i wtedy będzie cieńsze i lepiej kroić.
Ogólnie przepis rewelacyjny i jego na pewno bedę sie już trzymać na stałe. Ciasto jest naprawdę kruchutkie. Pozdrawiam
