Ingredients:

50dag sera mielonego z wiaderka,

puszka brzoskwiń,

2x galaretka brzoskwiniowa,

2x galaretka agrestowa,

1x galaretka wiśniowa,

śmietanka w proszku + mleko,

łyżka cukru pudru,

4 łyżeczki żelatyny,

Prepare instructions:

Do ubitej śmietanki dodać ser i cukier puder. Wymieszać. Podzielić na 2 części. Do jednej części dodać 1 galaretkę agrestową rozpuszczoną w 1 szkl. wody + 2 łyżeczki żelatyny. Wylać do tortownicy. Włożyć do lodówki, aby stężało. Teraz zmiksować brzoskwinie z puszki + trochę syropu na mus i dodać 2 galaretki brzoskwiniowe rozpuszczone w 1 szkl. wody. Wyłożyć na agrestową część i do lodówki. Do drugiej części serowej dodać galaretkę wiśniową zrobioną tak jak z pierwszą częścią agrestową. Wyłożyć na stężały mus broskwiniowy i włozyć do lodówki. Rozpuścić galaretkę agrestową w 1 szkl. wody i wylać na wierzch. Ja pod galaretkę starłam na tarce trochę jabłka.

czym wyrownujesz masy za sa takie rowniutkie??

Balbinka niczym nie wyrównuje, masa jest dość rzadka i tak samo wychodzi.

Czy zamiast "śmietany w proszku + mleko" można dać śmietanę kremówkę? Jeśli tak to ile?

lilka nie robiłam jeszcze z kremówką ,ale myślę,że 400 ml.musiało by być.
