Ingredients:

Baza:
3 duże jogurty naturalne Zott (po 500g)
1 pojemnik serka czosnkowego Toska
ew. po 1 łyżce oliwy lub 2 łyżki majonezu
szczypta cukru

dip czosnkowy
4 zmiażdżone ząbki czosnku
oregano
pieprz czarny
sól

dip chilli
czerwona papryka ostra i słodka
duża łyżka kechupu
chilli ostre

dip curry
curry
pieprz ziołowy
sól
Vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Przygotować 3 miseczki i do każdej wlać jogurt. Pół opakowania serka Tosca dodać do miseczki na dip czosnkowy, a po ¼ do pozostałych - daje sosom lepszą gęstość i wyraźniejszy smak.
Dla tych, którym kalorie nie straszne ;-) - do każdej porcji dodać oliwę lub majonez i szczyptę cukru - dipy będą bardziej aksamitne w smaku.

Dodać do bazy odpowiednie przyprawy, wymieszać i odstawić na pół godziny do lodówki.

Podawać do surowych, pokrojonych warzyw: marchewki, ogórka, kalafiora, papryki.
Z powodzeniem zastępują wszelkie chipsy i na imprezach szybciutko znikają.

dip czosnkowy i carry - pycha, podawanie z surowymi warzywami jeszcze lepsze.... ale chilli coś mi nie wyszło..
