Ingredients:

8 pomarańczy
1 szklanka cukru
sok z jednej cytryny
0,5 szklanki wody

Prepare instructions:

Pomarańcze wyszorować i obrać ze skórki. Część skórek zachować. Z wody i cukru ugotować syrop i wrzucić do niego pokrojone na mniejsze części pomarańcze. Gotować na wolnym ogniu mieszając od czasu do czasu. W między czasie z połowy skórek usunąć białą część i pokroić w cieniutkie paseczki. Gdy część płynu odparuje dodać skórki , sok z cytryn. Wszystko nadal gotować na wolnym ogniu, aż do uzyskania pożądanej konsystencji. Należy uważać, żeby za bardzo nie wysmażyć owoców bo dżem wyjdzie zbyt suchy. Gorący dżem rozłożyć do wyparzonych słoiczków, zakręcić i odwrócić do góry dnem, aby słoiczki się załapały.

ile wychodzi słoiczków z tej porcji?bo przepis bardzo mi się podoba i kupiłam już pomarańcze...

wyszły mi prawie 3 słoiczki takie po 250 ml napisałam prawie bo 3 nie był pelny. Pozdrawiam

Mój dżemik wyszedł z lekką goryczką, mimo, że usunęłam z pomarańczy wszystkie białe błonki, ale taka najwyraźniej uroda tego dżemu.
