Faworki najlepsze pod słońcem

Ingredients:

0.5 szklanki gęstej śmietany
kieliszek spirytusu (może być ocet)
7 żółtek
szczypta soli
2.5 szklanki mąki

Prepare instructions:

mąkę wsypać na stolnicę zrobić dołek. Pozastałe składniki wymieszać (zmiksować) w osobnym naczyniu (masa bedzie rzadka) i następnie powoli wlewać do mąki zagniatając ciasto. wyrabiamy je dobrze, ciasto jest dodyć twarde i następnie uderzamy nim kilka minut o stolnicę.Przykrywamy ściereczką na 10 minut. Rozwałkowujemy ciasto bardzo cienko i wykrawamy faworki. Dla niewtajemniczonych wyjaśnie.....kroimy placek na paski długosci ok. 8-10 cm i szer. ok. 3cm. W środku każdego paska robimy nacięcie by przez powstałą szparkę przeciągnąć jeden konieć paska i powstaje faworek. Smażymy dosłownie chwilkę w głębokim tłuszczu i osączamy z jego nadmiaru. Posypujemy cukrem pudrem. PYSZNE! I jest to najlepszy mój przepis , sprawdzony jeszcze przez moją mamę.

Faworki bardzo dobre.!!!!!! Dziekuje za przepis. Polecam nie zdecydowanym
