Gulasz z piersi kurczaka i bananów

Ingredients:

2 duże piersi kurczaka
3 banany
cebula
łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego
kostka rosołowa
łyżka przyprawy curry
ostra papryka
słodka papryka
2-3 łyzki oleju
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka umyć, pokroić w kostkę, oprószyć solą i pieprzem oraz słodką papryką. Zrumienić na rozgrzanym oleju, przełożyć do rondelka, zalać szklanką bulionu i przykryć. Dusić na małym ogniu ok. 10 min.
Drobno posiekaną cebulę usmażyć na reszcie oleju i przełożyć do mięsa. Na czystą patelnię wlać odrobinę wody i włożyć pokrojone w kostkę banany. Dusić na małym ogniu ciągle mieszając.
Gdy lekko się rozgotują, dodać curry, szczyptę papryki i koncentrat pomidorowy. Jeszcze chwilę dusić, następnie przełożyć do mięsa i razem dusic pod przykryciem ok. 10 min.

Podawać z ryżem.
