Jablecznik - Palce Lizac

Ingredients:

Ciasto
2 1/2 szklanki maki
30 dkg masla lub margaryny
2 zoltka
2 lyzki smietany
1/2 szklanki curkru

Nadzienie z jablek
1/2 szklanki cukru brazowego
5 jablek
1 lyzeczka cynamonu

Lukier
3 lyzeczki cukru pudru wspyac do kubeczka. Dodac kilka kropel zimnej wody. Mieszac

Prepare instructions:

1. Wyrobic ciasto dodajac nie rozupuszczone maslo, margaryne. Jesli ciasto sie nie "trzyma" mozna dodac odrobine wody. Nalezy pamietac jednak, ze musi byc w miare kruche.
2. Po wyrobieniu podzielic ciasto na dwie czesci; pierwsza ulozyc w brytfannie jako spod jablecznika, druga ubic w kule i w foli wsadzic do zamrazarnika na 40 min.
3. Jablka drobno pokroic, rozpuscic w garnku razem z cukrem i cynamonem. Nie dodawac wody. W przypadku, gdy jablka okaza sie zbyt rzadkie prosze dodac 2 lyzki kaszy mannej.

4. Wsadzic mase jablkowa na pol godziny do lodowki, po czym ulozyc ja na spodzie ciasta ulozonego juz w brytfannie. Na wierzch ulozyc ciasto z zamrazarnika
5. Piec przez 40 min w temperaturze 180 C lub 350 F
6. Po upieczeniu rozprowadzic lukier przygotowanym wczesniej pedzelkiem.

Przepraszm ale 2 i 1/2 kg mąki czy to nie zadużo?? Może błąd wystąpił?

Oczywiscie!!! Haha.. To byl blad.. 2 i 1/2 szklanki maki - juz poprawilam.. Dziekuje bardzo.. Ciekawe ciasto bysmy piekly - maczne..

Albo ktoś po cichu zmienił albo ja tam widzę 2 i 1/2 SZKLANKI a nie kg :)

A ja mam pytanie a propo części ciasta umieszczanego na 40 min w zamrażalniku - jak je potem ułożyć? Może chodzi o to, żeby zetrzeć je na tarce, tak?
