Jarski gulasz z pieczarkami

Ingredients:

Cebula,
2 łyżki oleju,
3 ząbki czosnku,
duża puszka pomidorów w zalewie,
0,8 - 1 kg pieczarek,
pęczek bazylii,
1/4 litra bulionu (może być instant),
200 g śmietany,
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej,
1 łyżka octu winnego,
sól,
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cebule posiekać, podsmażyć na 1 łyżce oleju. Dodać czosnek roztarty z sola i rozdrobnione pomidory razem z zalewa.
Dusić na małym ogniu około 15 minut
Pieczarki oczyszczone i wypłukane przekroić na pól i podsmażyć na pozostałym oleju.
Do sosu pomidorowego dodać bulion i 150 g śmietany. Zagotować i zagęścić mąką ziemniaczaną rozprowadzoną w niewielkiej ilości wody.
Przyprawić sola i pieprzem. Wymieszać z pieczarkami.
Dodać pokrojone listki bazylii, polać resztą śmietany.

Podawać z bagietką lub innym pszennym pieczywem.

ile w końcu tych pieczarek? 1,5 kg? czy 30-40 dag?

Pieczarek powinno być od 0,8 do 1 kg... Po prostu obliczłam sobie wagę na pozostałe skłądniki zapisując obok i w rezuktacuie nie wykasowałam tych niepotrzebnych
