2 kiełbasy Podwawelskie (0,5 kg)
świeży boczek (0,5 kg)
3 cebule
ziemniaki (3 kg)
2 jajka
0,5 szkl. mąki
sól, pieprz
olej do smażenia, bułka tarta do posypania formy

DANIE DLA DUŻEJ LICZBY OSÓB

Prepare instructions:

Połowę boczku (0,25 kg), 2 cebule i 2 kiełbasy (0,5 kg) kroimy w kostkę, podsmażamy razem na niewielkiej ilości oleju na małym ogniu, aż się zrumieni.
W międzyczasie obieramy ziemniaki (3kg)
Teraz najlepiej przygotowac duży garnek i ... 1 cebula trzemy na tarce o najdrobniejszych oczkach, wszystkie ziemniaki trzemy na tarce o drobnych oczkach. Do utartych ziemniaków i cebuli dodajemy 2 jajka, sól, pieprz, mąka (0,5 szkl), mieszamy całośc, następnie dodajemy usmażony wcześniej boczek z kiełbasą i cebulą, całośc ponownie mieszamy.

Pozostałą połowę boczku (0,25kg) kroimy na podłużne plastry, bez skórki i układamy na spodzie blachy 40x30 cm wysmarowanej olejem i posypanej bułką tartą.
Na blachę wykładamy ziemniaki, na wierzch układamy pozostałe kilka plastrów boczku.
Całośc pieczemy w piekarniku 200 C przez 60 minut. Smacznego!

Coś bardzo podobnego do mojego kućmoka, choć mam wrażenie że nieco go bardziej skomplokowałaś:) Pozdrówka

tak, to cos takiego jak babka ziemniaczana, ale ta nazwa była już zajęta ;) danie jest przepyszne jak pokroimy w grube plastry i odsmazymy na patelni, niebo w gębie :P
