Krem pani Ewy do rurek

Ingredients:

4 zółtka

2 jaja

4 łyżki mąki pszennej

2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

3/4 szklanki cukru

1 litr mleka

opakowanie cukru waniliowego

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotować z cukrem waniliowym.
W tym czasie w osobnym rondelku ucieramy 4 żółtka i 2 całe jaja z cukrem.
Po utarciu dodajemy obydwie mąki i jeszcze chwilkę ucieramy.
Do utartej masy wlewamy zagotowane, gorące mleko i mieszając (na wolnym ogniu żeby się nie przypaliło) doprowadzamy do zagotowania. Chwilkę pogotować aby zgęstniało. Wystudzić i nadziewać rurki.

Polecam krem jest przepyszny. Dostałam go od Pani Ewy, która wykorzystuje go już od kilkunastu lat, a efekt za każdym razem jest piorunujący :)

Czy ten krem moze byc uzyty do kremówek?

Powiem szczerze, że nie wiem. W rurkach jest mięciutki i aksamitny i ma b. dobrą konsystencję ale nie wiem jak to będzie w kremówce. Czy nie będzie zbyt rzadki. Jeśli spróbujesz to napisz o efektach. Pozdrawiam

Ten krem jest super!!!Delikatny i bardzo dobry w smaku.Jeśli miałabym coś zmienić to trochę mniej mleka- będzie trochę gęstrzy. Uważam,że do kremówek też będzie dobry,ale jeszcze nie sprawdziłam.
