Ingredients:

900 g królika (poporcjowanego)
1 cebula
2 ząbki czosnku
1 liśc laurowy
350 ml czerwonego wina
świeży tymianek
świeży rozmaryn
2 łyżki owoców jałowca
30 ml oliwy
15 g suszonych grzybów
2 łyzki posiekanej natki pietrzuszki
25 g masła
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowac marynatę. Wymieszac posiekaną cebulę, czosnek, liśc laurowy, wino, tymianek, rozmaryn, pokruszony jałowiec, sól i pieprz. Mieso marynowac przez ok 4 h lub zostawic na całą noc.
Wyciągną królika z marynaty i obsmażyc na złoty kolor. Przełożyc do naczynia żaroodpornego i dodac marynatę. Dusic pod przykryciem ok 1 godziny.
Grzyby ugotowac i drobno pokroic. Gdy mieso jest juz dobre przełożyc na pólmisek. Pozostały sos przecedzic i połączyc z wywarem z grzybów, dodac cebulke z sosu i masło. Sos zredukowac i polac królika. Przed podaniem posypac natką.

Jeśli ktoś lubi może dodac do sosu śmietankę i nastepnie zredukowac.
