Łatwa rolada z truskawkami

Ingredients:

- 4 jajka
- 12 dag cukru
- 7 dag mąki pszennej
- 5 dag mąki ziemniaczanej
- 2 śnieżki
- 300ml mleka
- 1 galaretka cytrynowa
- truskawki

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Ubić pianę z białek, dodać cukier. Dalej ubijając dodawać po jednym żółtku. Dodać przesiane mąki, delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto wyłożyć na dużą, prostokątną blachę,wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia. Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku ok. 20 min. w temp. 180'C. Gorący biszkopt wyłożyć na ściereczkę posypaną cukrem pudrem, zerwać papier i zwinąć w rulon, zostawić do wystygnięcia.

Masa:
Galaretkę rozpuścić w 2/3 szkl. wody, pozostawić do ostygnięcia. Śnieżki miksować z 300ml mleka, dodać tężejacą galaretkę, wymieszać. Rozsmarować na biszkopcie, trochę pozostawić do dekoracji. Truskawki pokroić, rozłożyć na masie i szybko zwinąć roladę, posmarować wierzch resztą masy i udekorowac. Wstawić do lodówki do stężenia.
