Ingredients:

puszka brzoskwiń w syropie,
4 dag cukru,
150 ml śmietanki kremówki

Prepare instructions:

Przepis wypatrzyłam na blogu Moje wypieki, jednak w stosunku do wersji pierwotnej dodałam więcej owoców i odrobinę zmodyfikowałam sposób przygotowania. Lody są bardzo smaczne, bardzo owocowe, ale dla mnie odrobinę mdłe. Może warto byłoby dodać soku z cytryny lub pomarańczy?

Zawartość puszki z brzoskwiniami przelać do garnka (wraz z sokiem), dodać cukier i lekko podgrzać aż do rozpuszczenia cukru. Zmiksować i ostudzić. Śmietankę lekko ubić (nie musi być całkowicie sztywna), dodać pulpę owocową, zmiksować dokładnie, wstawić do zamrażalnika na ok. 4-5 godzin, aż lody całkowicie się zmrożą. Raz na godzinę wyjąć naczynie z zamrażalnika i masę zmiksować - lody będą miały bardziej aksamitną konsystencję.

Lody brzoskwiniowe z miętą? Czemu nie:) następnym razem podzielę na dwie porcje i przetestuję, co lepiej się sprawdza - cytrusy czy swojska mięta.

wystarczy dodac tylko odrobine bo jak bedzie za duzo moze smakowac jak pasta do zebow
