Makaron z kiełbasą z nutą grzybową

Ingredients:

20-25 cm kiełbasy podwawelskiej/toruńskiej

1 średnia cebula

ok. 200g makaronu typu rurki, świderki

1/2 kostki grzybowej lub garść suszonych posiekanych grzybów

3-4 łyżki wody

2 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy w osolonej wodzie do miękkości. Cebulę i kiełbasę (wcześniej obraną ze skórki) kroimy w kostkę. Cebulę szklimy na gorącym oleju i dorzucamy kiełbasę. Smażymy do lekkiego zrumienienia. Dorzucamy 1/2 kostki grzybowej i wlewamy wodę. Mieszamy, aż kostka się dobrze rozpuści. Jeśli używamy grzybów suszonych, pare minut trzymamy wszystko na patelni by grzyby zmiękły (możemy też wcześniej namoczyć grzyby). W razie potrzeby wlewamy dodatkową łyżkę wody. Makaron odcedzamy i przepłukujemy zimną wodą. Dodajemy do niego smażoną kiełbasę z cebulką, całość solimy i obficie pieprzymy. Jeszcze pare minut wszystko razem podgrzewamy.

Najlepiej danie smakuje jak są zrobione tak godzine,dwie przed podaniem. Wtedy całość ładnie przechodzi smakiem.

To jakiś makaron z kiełbasą, a nie łazanki.

ja od dziecka znam to pod taką nazwą i odruchowo wpisałam taką. Wiem że prawdziwe łazanki mają inny skład. Myślę że zmiana nazwy wystarczy, bo danie jest pyszne
