Ingredients:

naleśniki:

ok. 1,5 szklanki mleka
2 jajka
ok. 1,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
1/2 łyżeczki soli

nadzienie

1 kostka sera chudego/półtłustego 250g
2 łyżki śmietany 12%
szczypta soli
1,5 łyżki cukru
ok. 10 kropli aromatu pomarańczowego lub sok wyciśnięty z pół pomarańczy

opcjonalnie:
orzechy włoskie
rodzynki
1 łyżka skórki pomarańczowej

sos czekoladwy:

85g czekolady deserowej
100ml śmietany 18%

Prepare instructions:

naleśniki:

Jajka miksujemy z mlekiem i solą, stopniowo dosypując mąkę (możemy wcześniej przestać dodawać mąkę, gdy uznamy, że ciasto jest wystarczająco gęste). Smażymy na patelni do naleśników.

nadzienie:

Ser przeciskamy przez praskę lub dobrze rozdrabniamy widelcem, dodajemy pozostałe składniki i dokładnie mieszamy. Doprawiamy według swojego gustu. Dla wzbogacenia smaku możemy dodać któryś składnik "opcjonalny".

sos:

W garnku z grubym dnem podgrzewamy czekoladę razem ze śmietaną. Możemy pomieszać czekoladę mleczną na pół z deserową lub wsypać 1 łyżkę cukru pudru jeśli uznamy że sos jest za gorzki.

Ciasto zrobiłam swoje, ale farsz z przepisu, ze skórka cytrynową i polewą czekoladową. Wyszły pyszne :) My lubimy deserową czekoladę więc nie dosładzaliśmy.
