Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka

3/4 szkl maki kukurydzianej

1 jajko

sos sojowy ciemny

1 zabek czosnku

1 lyzeczka swiezo startego imbiru

czerwona papryczka chilli

makaron Chow mein Tao Tao

1 marchewka

1/2 szkl zielonego groszku

1/2 peczka szczypiorku

ew. 3-4 namoczone w mleku grzybki

sos slodki chili

oliwa do smazenia

Prepare instructions:

1. Kurczaka pokroic w paski

2. Obtoczyc w mace , jajku i sosie sojowym

3. Na patelni rozgrzac oliwe , wrzucic posiekany czosnek, starty imbir oraz plasterki chili .

4. Dodac kurczaka , groszek i ew. grzybki

5. Na koncu wrzucic makaron ( przygotowany zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu ), starta na tarce (o grubych oczkach ) marchewke,
posiekany szczypiorek .

6. Doprawic sosem sojowym i sosem chili .

a ja mam wysoka tolerancje ostrosci i niestety slodkie chilli jest dla mnie jak ketchup..:(

Zamiast slodkiego chili mozesz dac cos ostrzejszego np kilka kropel tabasco ale potrawa jest juz ostra poprzez dodanie papryczki chili ( szczegolnie razem z pestkami )

Pomijajać tą ostrość, to na pewno ta potrawa zasmakuje mojej żónie, więc na pewno wypróbuje. Na razie ląduje w ulubionych.
