Ingredients:

0,5 kg marchwi
puszka ananasa konserwowego (może być krojony)
3 łyżki rodzynków
cukier
odrobinka soli

Prepare instructions:

Marchew oskrobać i utrzeć na drobne wiórki. Rodzynki sparzać aż nabiorą miękkości. Ananas odsączyć (ale nie wylewać syropu, jeszcze się przyda:) Do marchwi wrzucić pokrojony ananas i odsączone rodzynki. Minimalnie (mini, mini!) posolić, dosłownie kilka ziarenek. Podlać syropem, żeby surówka nie była sucha. Można dosłodzić do smaku.

Ta surówka jest pyszna. Nie dodałam tylko rodzynek.
