szklanka kaszy mannej lub bułki tartej
2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
kosta margaryny, masla lub szklanka oleju
1 kg marchewki
1 kg jablek
tluszcz i bulka lub kasza do blachy

Prepare instructions:

wszystkie skadniki sypkie mieszamy razem i dzielimy na 3 czesci
marchew obieramy i trzemy na tarce im mniejsze oczka tym lepiej, potem dusimy az zmieknie
jablka obieramy i trzemy na tarce o grubych oczkach
marchew mieszamy z jablkami

na wysmarowana tluszczem i wysypana blache wsypujemy pierwsza czesc sypkich skladnikow, na to wykladamy polowe marchewki z jablkiem, potem druga czesc sypkich skladnikow a na to druga czesc mar. z jabl., na wierzch wysypujemy trzecia czesc skladnokow sypkich i przykrywamy tluszcem tak aby nic nie przeswitywalo:)
pieczemy ok 40 min. w temp 180 st. C

Rzeczywiscie, to ciasto jest pyszne!tylko ja uzywam po 1,5 szklanki cukru, kaszki i maki, a cukier najlepiej brazowy. robie to ciasto z samymi jablkami z dodatkiem roznych bakalii(rodzynki, orzechy) i cynamonu. a i jablka kroje w kosteczke:)pozdrawiam:*

nie rozumiem...mam dodac margarynę do mąki i reszty??czy przykryć nią wierzch ciasta?????
