młoda kapustka

Very easy

Ingredients:

-główka młodej kapusty
-ok 20dag kiełbasy lub mięska drobiowego albo wieprzowego
-liść laurowy
-pieprz ziarnisty ( 5-8 ziarenek )
-ziele angielskie ( 1-2 ziarenka)
-łyżka vegety
-2-3 łyżki mąki
-2-3 łyżki smalcu
-pęczek świeżego koperku
-sól

Prepare instructions:

-kapustę umyć i poszatkować , włożyć do garnka , zalać odrobiną wody ( ok 1/2 l )
-kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę lub mięso ( mięso obsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju , by szybciej się ugotowało )
-do kapusty dodać kiełbasę lub mięso , liść laurowy , ziele angielskie , pieprz i vegetę
-gotować na małym ogniu , aż kapusta będzie miekka
-na patelni rozgrzać smalec , dodać mąkę i rozmieszać , zazmażkę dodać do kapusty , wymieszać
-koperek umyć i drobno pokroić , dodać do kapusty,doprawić do smaku

Ja kapustkę podaję do mięsa pieczonego i młodych kartofli.

Kapustka rewelacyjna!Zrobiłam według przepisu, tylko wody dodalam mniej (jakoś balam sie dusic zupełnie bez wody jak sugerowała kamaxyz).Polecam ten przepis!

cieszę się , że kapusta smakowała , w ten sposób kapustę robiła moja babcia , ja robię tak samo , zawsze do duszenia dodaję wody , w przepisie jest może jej ciut za dużo , ale gdy się zagęści zasmażką jest ok.
