Najprostsze ciasto ucierane z truskawkami

Ingredients:

Składniki na dużą blaszkę:

- 4 jajka,

- 1 szklanka cukru,

- 2 szklanki mąki pszennej,

- 1 margaryna,

- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,

- aromat śmietankowy lub waniliowy,

- ok. 4 szklanek truskawek (mogą być też śliwki lub inne sezonowe owoce)

- 2 galaretki truskawkowe

Prepare instructions:

Ubić pianę z białek, dodać cukier, potem żółtka. Do masy dodawać (cały czas ubijając) na zmianę mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia i rozpuszczoną, ciepłą margarynę. Na końcu dodać aromat i dokładnie wymieszać.

Na posmarowaną tłuszczem i wysypaną bułką tartą dużą formę wylać ciasto, następnie ułożyć na nim owoce. Piec w temp. ok. 180 st. do momentu, aż ciasto lekko się zrumieni (ok.45 min.)

Galaretki rozpuścić w 3,5 szkl. gorącej wody. Wystudzić i włożyć do lodówki. Kiedy zaczną tężeć zalać nimi wystudzone ciasto i ponownie włożyć do lodówki.

Do tego ciasta wykorzystuję często mrożone owoce.

Ciasto się piecze. Nie pierwszy raz już, Przepis jest kultowy. Robię zwykle z truskawkami i rabarbarem. Fajnie pasuje do imprezy przy grilu takie sezonowe ciacho. Mnaim...
