Naleśniki z jajem

Ingredients:

parzysta ilość naleśników - smażymy specjalnie do tej potrawy lub wykorzystujemy te, które pozostały z innego dania...
na każdą parę naleśników jedno jajko
na każde jajko: 2 - 3 łyżki startego żółtego sera
odrobina tłuszczu do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Jeśli zostaną nam naleśniki, bo farszu było mniej, niż naleśników (np. w przypadku krokietów...) to mam wypróbowany sposób, jak je smacznie zagospodarować.

Na lekko natłuszona palenię (na której smażyły się naleśniki) kładziemy jeden naleśnik, wbijamy jedno jajko, posypujemy startym żółtym serem, przykrywamy drugim naleśnikiem i smażymy. Po chwili odwracamy naleśniki (górny staje się dołem, a dolny - górą), smażymy jeszcze chwilkę - i gotowe.

Smacznego

Ten przepis pierwszy raz wypróbowałam parę lat wcześniej i dostałam go od Cioci Małgosi.

Tak właśnie zrobiłam wczoraj, gdyż zostały mi naleśniki z dnia poprzedniego i muszę powiedziec, że super pomysł :) Co prawda nie dałam sera bo go akurat nie miałam, ale samo jajko i naleśnik to pychota :) Pozdrawiam
