Nalesniki ze szpinakiem i bialym serem

Nalesniki:

1 szkl mleka

1 szkl wody, moze byc gazowana

2 jajka

1 szkl maki pszennej

1 lyzka oliwy

Szczypta soli, szczypta cukru

Farsz:

Paczka mrozonego szpinaku (450g)

25 dkg bialego sera

1 cebula

2-3 zabki czosnku

2 lyzki masla

Sol, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Skladniki na ciasto umiescic w misce i zmiksowac na gladka mase. Usmazyc nalesniki.

Cebule drobno posiekac, podsmazyc chwilke na masle, dodac zamrozony szpinak i dusic ok 10 min. Dodac czosnek przecisniety przez praske. Wkruszyc twarog, doprawic sola i pieprzem.

Nalesniki smarowac gotowym farszem. Skladac w trojkaty.

Tak przygotowane nalesniki mozna podawac od razu np. z sosem z majonezu i ketchupu (wymieszac 1:1). Mozna tez nalesniki ulozyc w zaroodpornym naczyniu, posypac zoltym serem i zapiec kilka minut w piekarniku.

Super wyszło, połączenie szpinaku z twarogiem jak najbardziej pasuje :)
