Naleśniki ze szpinakiem i fetą

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

250g mąki

2 jaja

250ml mleka

250 ml wody

1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Farsz:

2 łyżki masła

op. mrożonego szpinaku(z lidla, ze śmietaną, lekko doprawiony)

3 ząbki czosnku

150g sera feta

sól, pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Składniki na ciasto wymieszać na gładką masę, smażyć naleśniki, masło roztopić na patelni, dodać szpinak, i czosnek, lekko doprawić solą i pieprzem, na koniec dodać pokruszony ser i wymieszać, posmarować naleśniki i zawinąć w dowolny sposób, można przed podaniem podsmażyć na maśle, smacznego:)

Robię tak samo naleśniki ale dodaje obok fety takżeżółty ser pokrojony w kosteczkę. I po zawinięciu farszu w naleśniki przysmażam je na patelnijak krokiety.Są przepyszne!

Chyba miałam wyjątkowo duże ząbki czosnku, bo nadzienie było dość ostre, ale ogólnie super, tylko naleśniki zrobiłam ze swojego przepisu.

Tym razem wypróbowałam też ciasto na naleśniki. Pyszne wychodzą, takie grubaski :)
