Składniki:
5 szklanek wody,
9 łyżek cukru,
1 szklanka octu,
3 płaskie łyżki  soli,
   koper,
   czosnek,
   pieprz ,
   ziele angielskie,
   liść laurowy,
   marchew,
   gorczyca,
   chrzan,

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie.
Myjemy ogórki, układamy w słojach, kładziemy wszystkie przyprawy po kolei do słoików (marchew kroje w plastry), następnie gotujemy zalewę, ja zalewam ogórki pszetudzoną zalewą, gotuję słoiki od zagotowania wody, 8-10 minut , wyjmuję z garnka lekko dokręcam słoik i odwracam do góry dnem.

a co oznacza 1/9 łyżek cukru??
A co z marchwią? Ma być pokrojona w plasterki? słupki? bo nie bardzo rozumiem. Z góry dzieki za odpowiedż.

Witaj i przepraszam za pomyłkę dawno już wpisywałam ten przepis, aż się dziwie jak mogłam tak się pomylić, ale cóż zdaża się! 9 łyżek! a jeśli już się poprawiłam!
a jeśli chodzi o marchew, to ja kroję w plasterki! pozdrawiam Cię serdecznie!!
