Omlet prosto z Egiptu :)

Ingredients:

Składniki na 1 omlet:

2 jajka

2 plasterki szynki (może być zwykła mielonka)

trochę startego na grubych oczkach sera żółtego

1 mały pomidor

trochę posiekanego szczypiorku

1/3 cebuli

sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Podczas wakacji w Egipcie w hotelu na śniadanie podawali między innymi jajka w różnej postaci. Również taki właśnie omlet, który był przepyszny. Ja podałam w składnikach mój ulubiony zestaw, ale można do takiego omletu dodać, co tylko się zechce.

Jajka roztrzepać. Szynkę, pomidory i cebulę pokroić w kostkę. Wszystkie składniki ze sobą wymieszać, dodać soli i pieprzu do smaku.

Pół łyżki oleju rozgrzać na patelni i piec omlet na małym ogniu, żeby się nie przypalił. Jak z jednej strony będzie zarumieniony to obrócić go na drugą i też zarumienić.

Zgadzam się , też taki jadłam , podawali różne wersje do wyboru , wszystkie bardzo smaczne.
