1 opakowanie wedzonego lososia norweskiego w plastrach
1 nieduzy brokul
1 opakowanie smietany (jogurtu, smietanki sojowej)
mala cebula lub szczypior (wedlug uznania)
1 zabek czosnku
1 lyzka wegety
bialy pieprz
1 lyzka soku pomidorowego
1 lyzeczka oliwy z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

Sos
brokola podzielic na male kwiatki, sparzyc we wrzatku, pozostawic w wodzoe 2-3 minuty
cebule i czosnek lekko podsmazyc dodac brokula, wegete
pozostawic na nieduzym ogniu przez 5 minut
dodac lososia podzielonego na nieduze kawalki...pozostawic na nastepne 2 minuty doac smietane (ja osobiscie wole sos ze smietanka sojowa ma lekko slodkawy smak co nadaje soswi lekkosci) i pieprz
pozostawic na 5 do 7 minut lekko gotujacy sie sos po czym dodac lyzke sosu pomidorowego

penne ugotowac al dente
serowoac z sosem
pyszne jest posypane malymi krutonami albo odrobina bulki tartej

mam pytanie dotyczące łososia, czy może być swieży łosoś? Danie brzmi bardzo zachęcająco więc na pewno sprobuje z pozdrowieniami dankarz
