pieczone ziemniaki ze skórką

Ingredients:

proporcja na 1 osobe:
-2-3 ziemniaki nieobrane
-sól
-rozmaryn
-oliwa z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

wykonanie:
     ziemniaki razem ze skórką bardzo dobrze umyć, pokroić w 8-ki lub w 4-ki (w zależności od wielkości ziemniaka), włożyć do formy, posolić(na tą prpoprcje niecałe pół łyżeczki soli), skropić oliwą i posypać rozmarynem(może być obficie jak ktoś lubi)
     wstawić do piekarnika na ok 30-45 min w temp. 200oC, nieprzykrywać, co jakiś czas przemieszać.
     jeśli ktoś lubi to może dodać inne zioła i przyprawy np: pieprz, papryka,bazylia...
Świetnie pasuje do filetu z kurczaka z boczkiem i szparagami

     Polecam spróbować, łatwe i szybkie w wykonaniu, dobrze smakuje i orginalnie wygląda:)

Ziemniaczki staly sie moim stalym punktem obiadowym. Nie lubilam nigdy obierac ziemniakow, wiec to wspaniale rozwiazanie, poza tym sa przepyszne, wygladaja na prawde oryginalnie, smialo mozna podawac je nawet gosciom. Wlasnie sie piecza teraz w piekarniku.
