Pieczywo do zimnej płyty

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 wek krojony (bułka poznańska, baton; nazwa zależy od regionu)
15-20 dkg masła (nie mix)
1 pęczek pietruszki
3 ząbki czosnku
sól

Prepare instructions:

Pieczywo kupić najlepiej krojone jak nie to pokroić w kromki. Czosnek drobno pokroić lub przecisnąć, pietruszkę drobno poszatkować. Czosnek i pietruszkę wymieszać z miekkim masłem. Można posolić.
Każdą kromkę smarować masełkiem z jednej strony i sklejać ponownie tak by powstała jedna całość (ala bochenek).
Folie aluminiową posmarować olejem i ułożyć na niej pieczywo. Szczelnie zawinąć. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika na 20-30 min. do temp. 200 st.

Podawać ciepłe do wędlin, sałatek i kiełbasek!

Taki chlebek robimy w czasie wakacji i w folii kładziemy na grilla. Polecam:))))

Super! też takie robię! tylko ja kładę na to jeszcze ser złółty potarty i nie owijam szczelnie tylko kładę normalnie pojedyncze takie kromeczki na blachę i zapiekam chwilę w mocno nagrzanym piekarniku. Również polecam
