Ingredients:

ciasto:
mąka
letnia woda
trochę oleju
sól

Farsz:
1 kg kiełbasy podwawelskiej lub toruńskiej
1 kg ugotowanych ziemniaków
2 cebule
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto ,nie podaję proporcji bo zawsze robię na oko. Ciasto musi być elastyczne ,ostatnio wyrabiała je za mnie maszyna do chleba wyszło idealne i bez wysiłku.
Kiełbasę kroimy w drobną kostkę, cebulę przesmażamy na tłuszczu.Do ugotowanych ,gorących ziemniaków dodajemy kiełbasę ,cebulę i ugniatamy wszystko tłuczkiem do ziemniaków ,dodajemy pieprz jak mało słone dosmaczyć solą lub magi.
Ciasto rozwałkować wykrawać szklanką okrągłe placki ,dodać farsz i lepić pierogi ,które gotuje się w osolonym wrzątku.

Z takiej ilości farszu wychodzi bardzo dużo pierogów ,które można potem zamrozić.
Polecam pierogi z takim farszem są pyszne.
