Ingredients:

Ciasto:
·        6 białek
·        15 dag cukru
·        15 dag maku
·        15 dag kokosu
Krem:
·        6 żółtek
·        6 łyżek cukru
·        3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
·        ½ l mleka
·        Kostka masła
·        ¾ kostki margaryny
·        Spirytus lub rum (lepszy jest spirytus, chyba że rum ma 80%)

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto: Białka ubić z cukrem, następnie delikatnie wymieszać z pozostałymi składnikami. Piec ok. 15-20 minut.

Krem i reszta: Żółtka utrzeć dokładnie z cukrem, dodać mąkę. Zalać wrzącym mlekiem i ucierać, aż zgęstnieje (można zagotować).Masło i margarynę utrzeć na puszystą masę i powoli dodawać zimny budyń.Pod koniec dodać kieliszek alkoholu (jeśli to będzie spirytus, do można dodać odrobinę olejku rumowego). Krem wyłożyć na kokosowy spód i układać na wierzchu ciasteczka „Petit Beure”(mogą być inne herbatniki) lub biszkopty dobrze nasączone alkoholem. Można na wierzchu polac delikatnie polewa czekoladową. UWAGA... ostrożnie z moczeniem cisteczek... kruszą się lekko w rączkach i trzeba je wtedy zjadac i potem jest taaaakk fajnutko... tylko na drugi dzien głowa boli:)
