Ingredients:

I
25 dag mąki ,10 dag margaryny, 7 dag cukru,1 żółtko, 3 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany, 1 płaska łyżeczka p.do pieczenia, 1 mały słoik smażonych wiśni.
II
80 dag sera , 30 dag cukru, pół kostki masła ,6 jaj, 2 łyżki
m.ziemniaczanej, bakalie.
III
30 dag mielonych orzechów, 1 szkl śmietany, 3 łyżki cukru.

Prepare instructions:

I
Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto, wyłożyć na blachę i nałożyć smażone wiśnie.

II
Masło utrzeć z cukrem dodać żółtka , ucierając dodawać po 1 łyżce zmielonego sera.
Wymieszać z mąką ziemniaczaną, bakaliami i na koniec dodać ubitą pianę.
Delikatnie wymieszać i masę podzielić na 2 połowy.
III
Orzechy wymieszać ze śmietaną i cukrem, uformować kulki.

Jedną połowę masy serowej wyłożyć na smażone wiśnie, na to poukładać kulki orzechowe i zalać drugą
połową masy serowej.
Piec 90 minut w temp.1800C.

Mam pytanie co do smażonych wiśni, bo nie kojarzę produktu /jeżeli to coś oczywistego to przepraszam, ale pogoda dzisiaj nie najlepsza i kondycja umysłowa trochę mi się obniżyła/. Dziękuję.

Wiśnie wydrylowane i odsączone z soku smażę razem z cukrem aż zrobią się takie gęstawe jak na konfiturę.
